Inspired by Psalm 96
All the earth, gather round—
let creation sing: Hallelujah!
From mountain peaks to valley ground,
the echoes ring: Hallelujah!
All God’s people, gather near—
lift one song: Hallelujah!
Every tribe and tongue, be clear:
our praise belongs: Hallelujah!
Holy; set apart, divine;
glorious light that breaks the night;
reigning, seated on the throne;
marvelous, wonder none has known.
Worthy, every crown laid down;
Lord and Savior, lifting up the downcast;
God and King, over all, renowned.
Worthy are You, now and always.
We were redeemed, bought at a price,
the Lamb once slain yet living.
Jesus’ blood has made us clean,
new mercies ever giving.
Spotless sacrifice for sin,
the cross our debt releasing;
washed as snow, we rise again,
His steadfast love unceasing.
People of God, do not be still,
the stones would shout, triumphant!
Who will go if we won’t go?
The harvest waits, abundant.
We lay our pride and fears down low,
where mercy, justice meet;
ascribe the glory due Your name,
bring offerings to Your feet.
Say to the nations: “The LORD reigns!”
He judges right and true.
Worship in holiness and awe,
let all the earth renew.
Morning Star, You pierce the dark;
Alpha, Omega, You alone.
Worthy, over every age;
God of glory on the throne.
Hallelujah, now and ever;
Hallelujah, King adored!
All creation, all God’s people:
“Our God reigns, Praise the Lord!”
